Miss Ali Kat Rose
Miss Ali Kat Rose has always been driven to perform. Ali grew up as a bit of a wild child; she liked to shock and surprise and was never afraid to get a spur-of-the-moment tattoo, dress in drag for a night out, or just generally push the envelope and make people think. She has always found grace, sensuality, and the freedom to appreciate and create movement, but the idea of dance with so many rules and regulations made it hard for her to follow her passion as a child. Ali discovered burlesque in college in Portland Oregon. Burlesque seemed to be the perfect combination of her love for dance, circus arts, and a bit of a taste for the bizarre Ali drew on her growing immersion in the burning man arts community, and started experimenting with fire dance in addition to burlesque. In Oregon, Ali created and choreographed The Foxxy Roxx Showgirls; Portlands first modern, neo-burlesque troupe. Since moving to LA, Ali has helped to found and dance with LAs Hottest Rock and Roll Burlesque troupe, The Hells Belles Burlesque, and has become a star performer and choreographer with Firegroove; the largest and most talented fire performance and instruction company in Southern California. Ali has appeared on VH1s hit reality series Saddle Ranch, HBOs exclusive Golden Globe red carpet coverage, The Tonight show with Jay Leno, and WeTvs I do Over. She has performed at some of LAs hottest clubs, including Les Deux, Playhouse, The Viper Room, The Rainbow Room, Beso, The Roosevelt Hotel, and The infamous Playboy Mansion...just to name a few. She has performed for HBO, Universal Studios, HMTV, Fortune Entertainment, Sony Pictures, and Paul Oakenfold. Alis own unique style melds elements of classical burlesque, tribal fusion bellydance, firey sensuality, and a little bit of rock and roll, to create a show where you just cant help but stare. Careful though...you might get burnt!
